RNV may update and amend this Cookie Policy and Cookie Information Notice by publishing it on the Site. Updates and changes made by RNV to the Cookie Policy and Cookie Information Notice will take effect from the date they are published on the Site.
1. What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are files or pieces of information that may be stored on your computer (or other internet-enabled devices such as smartphones and tablets) when you visit a website. A cookie generally contains the name of the website it was received from, the cookie's "lifetime", and a unique numerical value, usually generated randomly. 6. Transfer of Your Personal Data Processed Through Cookies
As the nature of business partnership processes, the requirements of goods and service procurement processes, the management of supply chain management processes, and the operation of digital infrastructures necessitate a continuous flow of data with various stakeholders, we are required to transfer the personal data we process through cookies to third parties for specific purposes.
Your personal data processed within the scope of this notice may be shared with our shareholders, business partners for the purposes of conducting and auditing business activities, carrying out business continuity activities, and conducting information security processes; and with business partners and service providers that supply, operate, or provide services for our cookie management infrastructure, limited to the fulfilment of the purposes specified above.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
As Data Subjects within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK, in order to state your requests regarding your rights and to exercise your rights over your personal data, you may submit your requests to RNV Analytics' official e-mail address info@rnvanalytics.com or to the Company's address at Üniversite Mah. Sarıgül Sk. B Blok No: 37/1 İç Kapı No: 58 Avcılar / İstanbul Türkiye, in a manner that meets the minimum application requirements set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
Upon submission of your requests through the specified methods, RNV Analytics will finalise the request free of charge within the shortest possible time and at most thirty days depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by RNV Analytics.
