RNV Analytics Privacy Policy and Visitor Information Notice

This Privacy Policy and Information Notice has been prepared by RNV Analytics Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (RNV Analytics or the Company) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and its secondary legislation (KVKK), which regulates the obligations of those who process personal data and the procedures and principles they must comply with in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in the processing of personal data.

The purpose of this Policy is to inform Visitors about the personal data obtained during the use of the website at https://www.rnv.ai/ (the Site), managed by RNV Analytics. In this text, Visitor(s) refers to real persons who visit, use, and/or request information from the Company through the Site.

Independently of this Policy, there is a Cookie Policy containing details regarding the processing activities related to personal data processed through cookies on the Site. This Policy does not include information regarding cookies; for all matters related to cookies, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Therefore, the provisions in this Policy regarding personal data will apply where the relevant information belongs to a natural person. The concept of "processing of personal data" refers to any operation performed on personal data such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification, or prevention of use, whether wholly or partly by automated means or by non-automated means provided they form part of a data filing system.

This Policy covers the information regarding what types of data are collected, how this data is used, with whom this information is shared when necessary, what the rights regarding personal data are and how these rights can be exercised, and the principles adopted by RNV Analytics regarding privacy. Personal data is processed in accordance with the following basic principles as regulated under KVKK:

• Being in compliance with the law and the rules of good faith,
• Being accurate and up to date when necessary,
• Being processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes
• Being relevant to, limited to, and proportionate with the purposes for which they are processed,
• Being retained for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation or for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed.

RNV Analytics is obliged to inform/notify the natural persons whose data is to be processed at the time of obtaining personal data in accordance with KVKK. The scope of this obligation to inform is as follows:

• The identity of the Data Controller and its representative, if any,
• The purpose for which personal data will be processed,
• To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred,
• The method and legal basis of collecting personal data,
• The rights of the Data Subject.

Data Subjects, Data Categories and Data Types

Information sent, shared, and/or provided in accessible form by Visitors to the Company while accessing the Site and requesting information from the Company through the Site, or information automatically collected through the Site, may fall within the scope of personal data. In this context, if you browse the Site or share data with the Company through the Site, we may collect the information specified in the table below from you and from various sources:

Usage data: When Visitors access the Site, usage data is collected. This may include information about when you visit the Site, what you click on, when these actions are performed, etc. It also includes data relating to the nature of each access such as source IP addresses, internet service providers, files viewed on the Site (e.g. HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions and timestamps.

Information you share with us on the "Demo", "Contact Us" and "Request Information" pages: Personal data shared directly by you through the Site in order to obtain information about RNV Analytics' products and services, request a demo, or contact RNV Analytics is processed by us. In this context, we collect the information you share directly with us in order to contact you and fulfil your requests.

Legal Basis

Your personal data specified above is processed based on the following legal grounds in accordance with the relevant provisions of KVKK, for the purposes for which you share this data with RNV Analytics.

The information of visitors who share their personal data for the purpose of contacting us is processed on the legal grounds of the necessity of processing personal data and the data having been made public by you.

Transaction security personal data is processed on the grounds that the process in which we process your personal data is explicitly provided for by law and that data processing is mandatory to fulfil our legal obligation.

Purposes for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed

Personal data will be processed for the purposes set out below in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK and the principles listed in Article 4, in accordance with the procedures and principles prescribed in the relevant legislation:

Parties to Whom Your Personal Data Is Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

RNV Analytics strives to process your personal data in accordance with the principles of "need to know" and "need to use", ensuring the necessary data minimization and taking the necessary technical and administrative security measures. Due to the nature of business partnership processes, the requirements of goods and service procurement processes, the management of supply chain management processes, and the operation of digital infrastructures requiring cooperation with various stakeholders, it may be necessary to share certain personal data with technical service providers (e.g. hosting, SaaS and software service providers, etc.) within the framework of contractual safeguards.

Your collected personal data may be transferred to, processed on, and stored on servers abroad from time to time and to the extent required by the activity, for the purpose of storage of such data within the framework of appropriate safeguards regulated under Article 9 of the Law or for the lawful purposes set out in this notice, all in furtherance of the primary purpose of enabling the Company to conduct its operations.

RNV Analytics does not in any way cause the personal information of visitors to be rented, sold, or shared with others or unaffiliated companies (for example, for direct marketing purposes).

Your personal data may be shared with public institutions and organizations authorized to request personal data for the purpose of RNV Analytics fulfilling its obligations under the law (in situations where there is an obligation to provide information, such as combating crime and threats to state and public security).

Technical and Administrative Measures Taken to Ensure the Security of Personal Data

RNV Analytics has made it its primary goal to take all necessary technical and administrative measures and to exercise the necessary care to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal data. In this context, we take the necessary precautions to prevent the misuse of personal data, its unlawful processing, unauthorized access to data, and the disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.

The Company takes the reasonable technical and administrative measures required to prevent unlawful access to the personal data it processes, to prevent the unlawful processing of such data, and to ensure the preservation of personal data.

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, the data subject has the right to apply to the data controller and request the following:

• To learn whether personal data has been processed,
• To request information if personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether data is being used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
• To request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• To object to a result arising against the person themselves by means of analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

As Data Subjects, in order to state your requests regarding your rights and to exercise your rights over your personal data, you may submit your requests to RNV Analytics' official e-mail address info@rnvanalytics.com or to the Company's address at Üniversite Mah. Sarıgül Sk. B Blok No: 37/1 İç Kapı No: 58 Avcılar / İstanbul Türkiye, in a manner that meets the minimum application requirements set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Upon submission of your requests through the specified methods, RNV Analytics will finalise the request free of charge within the shortest possible time and at most thirty days depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by RNV Analytics.
